Under new management and recently upgraded, Oceanside Square is the only retail or neighborhood center in a one mile radius.  It boasts a stable, long term mix of restaurants and retail services at the intersection of Oceanside Boulevard and Temple Heights Drive with a traffic count of over 22,500 cars per day. 

 Occasional vacancies include spacious, well-lit spaces to grow and expand services to the many neighboring homes and apartment communities.
